My interview with the creator of Burnercise, David “Coach Arms” Burney, was more than informative, it was astonishing! When I sat down with the highly sought out professional personal trainer, I had NO IDEA what I was in store for. What I thought would be an interview to inform the masses, turned into something deeper than that! I had no idea how deep the rabbit hole was!


I know the man is in high demand, so I thought that he was going to provide a simple interview! Man, was I wrong!

This turned into a “class in session” because I learned so much in the short time I invested with him and the results was about 40 mins of great information!
